  • First: Before driving, the operator should check the oil level on both sides of the vibration sieve. If the oil surface is too high, it will cause the vibration exciter temperature rise or operational difficulties. If the oil level is too low, it will lead the bearing to premature damage.
  • Second: Check all the bolts fastening degree. And in the first work for 8h, it needs to re-fasten the bolts.
  • Third: Check the V belt tension, to avoid slip in starting or working, and ensure that the V belt wheel positive.
  • Fourth: Vibration sieve should ensure that the minimum clearance between all the moving parts and fixed objects.
  • Fifth: After the screen running smoothly, they should start at no load conditions to begin feeding. Before stopping, it should first stop feeding. When the materials on the screen are discharged completely, then we can stop the machine.
  • Sixth: The feeding chute should be as close as possible to the feeding end, and as far as possible along the screen full width uniform feeding. The direction is same with the screen surface material running direction, so as to obtain the best sieving effect. The largest gap from the feeding point to the screen surface is not more than 500mm, to ensure that the material’s minimum impact on the sieve surface.
  • Seventh: When the exciter rotates along the direction of material running, to increase the running speed of the material can increase the production capacity, but reduce the screening efficiency. When the exciter predict back flow direction rotation, to reduce the running speed of the material can reduce the production capacity, but it can improve the screening efficiency.
